Robert Half are currently recruiting for a long standing company with branches across the West Midlands. The company offer flexible working hours Monday to Friday, 28 days holiday and a competitive pension package.

Role

  • Coding & scanning invoices for approving
  • Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries as required
    Monthly closure of the ledger including payment & credit control
    Management reports & aged creditors
    Preparing payment batches BACS, CHAPS or manual cheques
    Contacting bank to resolve transaction queries or errors
    Assist the wider finance function with ad-hoc tasks



Profile

  • Experience in purchase ledger
  • Proven experience in a busy department
  • Strong excel skills & other accounting packages
  • Attention to detail



Salary & Benefits

£20,000 - £22,000
