Customer Direct Marketing Executive At Moira, Derbyshire (Support Centre)
Full time, permanent position

To maximise the commercial power of our client's email database, ensuring that the objectives and values of them are demonstrated in day to day interactions with colleagues and customers.

Work with the Customer Direct Marketing Manager to build and deliver email marketing campaigns and assist with the additional channels of direct mail, referral programmes and loyalty schemes.

Skills And Experience:

With customer database management experience in a similar role and the ability to help shape an integrated customer direct communication and contact strategy; alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail; you will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage your time effectively, whilst demonstrating creative thinking.

You will have previous experience of working with an email service provider and be able to manage the operation of email campaigns in an email platform. You will be analytical, be able to interpret campaign figures and produce standard reports. You will need to create relevant, targeted, engaging content for newsletters and e-shots, identify key customer segments, plan subsequent communications and set up new emails. You will also assist with the acquisition of new customers via a referral scheme.
