Salary - £23,000 to £25,000

Platinum Recruitment Group are working alongside an SME architectural business in Hale who are looking to add a Bookkeeper to their team to manage day to day finance and administration procedures.

You will be involved in the accounts and finance aspects of the business including processing supplier invoices using Sage Line 50 and chasing clients who haven't paid within the businesses payment terms.

You will be joining a small team of eight who will support you with any of your duties from day one; the Director is looking for an individual who is looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and have good organisation skills to manage their own desk.

Please find below an overview of your responsibilities you will be tasked with daily:

*Inputting the company invoices onto Sage Line 50
*Preparation of the bookkeeping for the external accountant
*Chasing clients for late payments outside the company terms
*Bank reconciliations
*Dealing with supplier invoices queries
*Generating daily sales invoices from Sage
*Managing customer credit accounts
*Typing up supplier invoices with statements
*Preparing and emailing remittance advices to suppliers
