Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager selling into NHS & Healthcare covering North of England region including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and York. £40,000 basic, £60,000 OTE + Car + flexible benefits. This is an outstanding Business Development Manager opportunity working for a medical devices manufacturer with long history and trusted brand name.
This is a non-aggressive consultative business development role building lasting business relationships. We simply require an exceptional field-based account manager that is used to managing a large territory, working autonomously and meeting sales performance measures (KPIs). Experience of selling into hospital environments and a willingness to travel is essential.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing relationships with Procurement Teams, Pharmacy Managers, Infection-Control Departments & Theatre Managers within NHS and ward environments. Managing an account portfolio across the NHS and Healthcare sectors this is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.
As well as developing accounts you will also be responsible for product training, marketing, attending trade exhibitions and managing the relationship with key distributors. The role will also include some international travel.
