About Our Client
My Client has a small company is West London, they are looking to expand there business. Our client is in need of an accountants assistant that is qualified by work history. The suitable candidate will have sage accounts, credit control and Microsoft Office experience as essential requirements.
- New sales/ Purchase Ledger
- Posting Purchase Invoice
- Daily Banking
- Issuing Supplier Payments
- Posting Cheque Payments
- Reconciling Supplier and Customer Accounts
- Issuing Sub- Contractor payments
- Liaising with Installation and Service Department to assist in carrying out effective Credit Control.
- Flexible and Multi tasking ability.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years accounts assistant/credit control assistant.
- Sage and Microsoft knowledge
- Team player
