Job Title: Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Chatteris

Location: Chatteris

Duration: Temporary

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

A new vacancy for a Temporary Purchase Ledger position has arisen with an established company based in Chatteris. This busy and friendly office are seeking an enthusiastic, accurate and experienced purchase ledger clerk to join the finance department

The successful candidate must have some knowledge of finance and purchase ledger systems and will be expected to process transactions, invoices, update and manage the database.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices.
  • Logging invoices for approvers.
  • Reconciliations

Candidate requirements:

  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Understand the importance of escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Basic excel skills.
  • Able to conduct themselves in a professional and organised but approachable manner.
