1st Line Application Support - Bristol - £18,000 - £20,000

I am seeking a 1st Line Application Support Analyst to work for a growing professional services company based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will join the organisation at entry level, and will be responsible for the solution of customer queries relating to the bespoke software of my client. You will be dealing with customers from the UK and beyond so the the ability to communicate to a high degree is key. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of literacy, are dynamic, and have a strong interest in the field of IT.

The right person will have the following attributes/personal characteristics:

- General 1st Line Application Support/interest in related field
- Passion for IT
- Strong communicator
- Adaptable, confident and diligent in approaching tasks
- Present a confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic demeanour

Desirable skills:

- Experience working in a busy helpdesk environment
- Citrix
- Windows
- Hardware troubleshooting

In addition to the above, the right 1st Line Support Analyst will have excellent people skills and will be comfortable in dealing with people of all levels. You will also be comfortable working under your own initiative on an unsupervised basis for much of the time, although full training will be provided.
