A multichannel online retailer specialising in outdoor and military clothing is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Bookkeeper who is accurate with an excellent eye for detail as well as being able to work quickly and efficiently in our busy fast paced environment.

Requirements for the Job:

Bachelor’s level education or equivalent2-3 years’ previous experience in customer service roleExcellent written English and grammar skills are essentialExcellent telephone mannerPrevious experience working in a Purchase Ledger roleAdvanced knowledge of ExcelGood knowledge of XeroStrong VAT knowledgeGreat time management and prioritisation skills, with the experience of working within a team and challenging workloadSelf-motivated, positive and hard working personality able to demonstrate willingness to learn and develop your skillsTrustworthy and honest with valid references to supportKnowledge of internet and ecommerce environmentKnowledge of online marketplaces is essential (eBay, Amazon)Being fluent with working on a computerMust be fluent in PolishJob Description:

Answering incoming emails and callsAnswering and responding to customer queries and complaints in the appropriate mannerDealing with orders, deliveries and returnsManagement of the purchase ledgerSubmitting Instrastat declarationsGeneral administration tasksHours of Work (4 week rota):

1st week: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
2nd week: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
3rd week: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday
4th week: 9am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm Saturday
