So, what will the role of Account Service Engineer entail?
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Engineering, as an Account Service Engineer you’ll ensure all customer accounts are provided with effective installation service and given on-going service / maintenance program for the application systems delivering Anitox products. You’ll also ensure budgeted maintenance costs are met and work closely with the Feed Milling Technologists to deliver product demonstrations.
In addition, you’ll take an active role in supporting the Commercial Operations Team to achieve sales targets for new and existing businesses and work proactively with the Account Manager to ensure all products and services are being utilised to the optimum in each customer account.
What will I need to be considered for this Account Service Engineer role?
- Proven experience of planning and executing installation work within an industrial maintenance environment
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or equivalent
- Successful and sustained track record in supporting Sales and Account Management Teams through a field based maintenance and service function
- Ability to fault find on equipment using electrical drawings
- IT literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to quickly build rapport and develop strong working relationships
- Superb communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
- Team player whilst still able to work independently
Previous experience of liquid dosing systems and/or the animal feed industry along with the ability to speak a second language would be highly advantageous, although not essential.

Salary: £36,000 per annum, plus performance related bonus

Contract Type: Permanent contract, 40 hours per week
Location: Field based from the head office in Northamptonshire, with extensive domestic and international travel.
