A Care Coordinator is required for a busy branch based in Birmingham, paying 17-19k.
Your new company
An expanding organisation requires an experienced Care Coordinator for a busy branch. The service provides support and care for service users within their home. They help the service users maintain their independence and well-being within the comfort of their own home, creating detailed personal care plans to support with independence and well-being.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the care standards provided to the service users, both "hands on care" and over the phone. You will act as a key holder for the branch and be required to manage and supervise the care workers, undertaking care reviews ensuring all relevant documentation has been completed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will need to have completed your NVQ level 3 and having working knowledge of CQC and care standards.
