Billing and Provisioning Administrator
Full time Permanent Role
Salary: from £20,000 depending on experience

Our client is a successful and well-established company based in Bromsgrove. Due to their continued success, we are looking for an exciting, confident, positive and pro-active Billing and Provisioning Administrator to join the experienced and dedicated team.

Duties will include

- Supporting MD and Business Manager
- Reporting to Customer Service and Delivery Manager
- Responsibility for processing monthly bill run
- Manage billing additions
- Manage contracts Order processing on CRM (Salesforce)
- Order provisioning (PBX, Hosted, Mobile & Enterprise)
- Manage WLR provisioning
- Manage number porting
- Remote system setup, configuration and amendments
- Customer queries
- Fault management
- 1st line reaction to service desk tickets
- Training and support of Junior Provisioning Administrator

Ideal Candidate

- Experience within a Billing or Provisioning role
- To have worked within the Telecommunications industry will be an advantage
- Have strong knowledge with technology, databases and software systems
- Attention to detail
- Have time management and organisation skills
- Strong MS Office Excel skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone manor
- WLR provisioning and CRM management
