Part of the LNT Group, CoolCare was founded by serial entrepreneur Lawrence Tomlinson in 1999 based on the programme he created for managing his own care homes. Unlike other software providers in the social care industry, CoolCare is able to draw from the operational experience of its sister-company, Ideal Carehomes which runs high quality care homes across the UK. CoolCare is therefore extremely user friendly and able to overcome the day-to-day challenges faced in running care homes, whether a single operator or a large group.

Our Care Management Software, CoolCare, endeavors to be the complete solution to take the hassle out of running a Care Home, allowing Carers, Managers and Owners to devote their time to what matters to their business. Our vision includes the use of the latest software and hardware technology packaged in a way that’s incredibly simple to use, at an affordable price whether for a single home or a large group.

The team has inherited the entrepreneurial flair from its founding chairman and is quick on its feet making business decisions and able to react to the changing needs of the market. The much anticipated launch of CoolCare 4 was a pinnacle point in LNT Software’s history and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.

In the role of Software Trainer you will be responsible for training all CoolCare customers to a high standard whether a new installation or a customer looking to improve their knowledge base.

Ensuring that the customers can understand and make full use of their software you will provide advice and recommendations for how to maximise the use of CoolCare within their business to improve operational and financial performance. Whether via online or on-site training, you will always aim to understand customer need, tailoring your training to best satisfy their improvement requirements.
