This is an opportunity for Quality auditors and process technologists to join a company that has increased their turnover threefold during the past year. Quality Auditor: £20000

Meet all Food and Safety responsibilities as defined in the Food Safety standardsApply the business quality standards ensuring company, customer and legislative requirementsRegular audits against QM systems, raising non-conformance with objective evidence enabling operations to take necessary correct action and closing any internal non-conformances Regular Allergen, glass and CCP audits ensuring compliance against procedureProduct test, organoleptic, micro and chemical is carried out in line with customer codes of practiceComplete micro testing against specific schedules or requests carry out full investigations including traceability for all out of specs results and customer complaintsSupport the factory with technical support and advice, seeking guidance from the Technical Manager on any technical issues where appropriate To work with the production teams on continuous improvement of Technical controlSupport NPD trials and product launches to manage micro testing and product life assessment to ensure product is manufactured to correct standardCo-ordinate day to day to deliver improvement of technical KPI’sSupport Technical Management of incoming Goods, ensuring compliance against specification SOL and EOL organoleptic assessmentsCompletion of complaints and micro investigations Completion of relevant documentation including foreign bodies and glass defect reportsCalibration of probe and PH metersPlace finished product, WIP or raw materials on hold where necessaryConcessionsBRC and JS COP Project handlingThe Person:

Experience of auditing QM Systems and GMP in Food manufacturingExperience of micro-testing Experience of traceability investigationsBe dynamic, assertive and passionate about quality and technical issues.Use problem solving techniques to aid the site team in improving quality performance.Understand fully site CCP’s and food safety requirements.Ability to prioritise, organize and control work of self and others effectively.Process Technologist - £25-30000

The organisation and implementation of factory trials in all areas of the factory as determined by the critical path of new product launches and also internal priorities.Responsibility for assisting in all development trials in line with the customer’s critical path and all internal projects. Organisation and implementation of the necessary factory trials and to analyse current processes with a view to making efficiency improvements. Evaluating process improvements including recipe changes and manufacturing equipment.Completion of product files for all new products. Participation in trials of new equipment with operations team in order to ensure product standards are maintained. To include commissioning of new equipment where appropriate.To assess current processes for efficiency , quality and margin up activitiesCompletion of artwork checks on PDF’S for new products.Assessment of new raw materials through risk assessment processCollection of all samples, including finished product, raw material and processed materials needed for customer reviews and presentation.Review and complete artwork checks during product development launches and packaging amendments.Writing QAS, Line Standards & Online customer QASOur Referral Incentive:
