We are delighted to recruit for a part time Sales Ledger clerk to join our busy Head Office team based in Welwyn. This role is for 18 hours per week, ideally across 3 days
Duties include :Raising a high volume of sales invoices on a timely basis.

Issue credit notes when necessary.

Assist with maintaining an up to date sales ledger.

Input sales ledger transactions into our SAGE Accounts software

Person specification :
  • You will have experience in SAGE Accounts
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy, demanding environment, whilst adhering to stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a structured, repetitive role requiring high levels of concentration and stamina.
  • You will be pro-active, a self starter and finisher
  • You will be timely and accurate in your work
  • Highly organised, excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Salary offered will be dependent on your level of experience and relevant industry qualification c £10.00 per hour
