Description

This role supports the UK based finance team with all financial administration duties associated with purchase and sales ledger.

Responsibilities to include:

Purchase ledger invoice processing

Raising sales ledger invoices and credit notes

Credit control

Bank reconciliations

Cash allocation

Process company credit card payments

Update multi-currency exchange rate spreadsheet

Profile

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Excel and Sage

Able to work to deadlines

Excellent attention to detail
