I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator who is looking to take on more Deputy Management responsibilities to join a reputable Home Care provider in Birmingham. The branch is an established office with a friendly, welcoming team environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator who is keen to work for a company that can offer long term career prospects, stability and a competitive package. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license and your own car is essential.

The Company;
You will be joining a forward thinking Domiciliary Care Company who specialise in providing high quality care to people in their own homes. The company are growing and have a high volume of care hours to coordinate per week, you will be equipped with all the tools required to be able to coordinate care workers and care plans effectively, a good working knowledge of rostering systems is highly desirable, such as Staff Plan/CM2000.

The Job;
My client are looking to employ a Care Coordinator. The job will involve taking responsible of the rotas for field based care workers, ensuring carer's hours are rostered efficiently and all training is scheduled and kept up to date. Other duties will include but are not limited to;
* Maintaining client files and ensuring accurate records are kept in line with data protection
* Preparing and distributing carers rotas in a timely manner
* Updating care packages as required on the care management system
* Liaising with clients and their families and providing excellent customer service
* Recording and handling complaints efficiently
* Working with the branch manager to ensure the branch is compliant, well organised and running at optimum efficiency

The Person;
For the Coordinator role, you will ideally have worked in a Domiciliary Care setting before and have experience of working on Staff Plan or CM2000. You will also hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in care ideally.
