An exciting opportunity has become available with fantastic business in Street on a permanent full-time basis. The role will involve Client Care, Coordination and file set up and Management.

The role responsibilities will include but not subject to:

·Ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely and that appropriate legal matters are raised within the department

·Maintain client confidentiality

·Set calendar reminds for the week prior to key dates

·Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements

·Open files in accordance with internal company procedures

·Demonstrate effective file management, including location/retrieval

·Adhere to the firm’s policy when dealing with files throughout the course of a transaction and at file closure stage

·File printed emails in date and time order

·Use digital transcript system Bighand to create letters, emails and documents as directed

·Support department case load by dealing with file-related queries either face to face or by telephone

·Undertake photocopying and scanning of documents

·Assist in general office administration, including holiday cover and overflow typing for the department

·Such other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the company including housekeeping and supporting other members of the administrative team when necessary

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week inc. 1 hour lunch)
