Financial Services Administrator/ Paraplanner
We are currently working with a Banbury based firm of Financial Advisers who are looking to add a trainee, part qualified paraplanner to join the existing team.
The business is a well-established Partner of one of the UK's biggest Financial Services groups and as such, can offer fantastic opportunities to progress within the business. You will be working mostly with pensions and investments for ultra high net worth individuals.
This role is key within the financial planning/advisor team. The right individual will have at least 2 years experience of working within an IFA or Wealth Manager, possibly already paraplanning or coming from a Senior Sales support background.
You will be required to complete compliant suitability reports for the Advisers, with whom you will be working very closely. Some training and support will be giving in these areas although candidates should have previous report writing experience. Other responsibilities include Administration support, contacting Providers, answering client queries, diary management etc.
All support for qualifications will be given, ideally you will already have passed some Diploma papers although this is not essential. As candidates will be working in the Pension and Investments team, you must have a good working knowledge of these products.
Working under pressure and within tight deadlines is an absolute must within this role.
