Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.

Working for a leading accountancy practice, duties will include but are not limited to:

Working with a variety of clients

Providing general accountancy support to include bank reconciliation, maintaining ledgers and any transactional processing

Processing and submitting VAT returns

Monthly and quarterly management accounts preparation

Any other duties as required by clients

Applicants should have experience in an accounts role, ideally within a practice environment. You should have experience of a variety of IT programs including Xero ideally. You much have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people including senior management.

As the role will require some travel to client sites a full driving licence and own transport will be required.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week
