My client is a 4 star housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. As a result of opening a new office in the Bristol area, they are currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator with a background in the housebuilding sector to work with them on a permanent basis.

You will be working from the Bristol office; and you must be passionate about giving excellent customer service. You will with any concerns that the customer may have at the demonstration, moving in and 5 day call back stage and throughout the contractual warranty period; You will be regularly liaising with site personnel; and you will be consistently measured on service and this feedback will depend on your success.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will report to the Customer Service Manager; working on new ways to consistently provide great customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Sales Executive, who has a proven track record in home sales, preferably coming from a volume housebuilder. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a volume housebuild environment.
