Main Purpose of Job:
Ensure efficient & effective administration and management of allocated supply chains.

Key Accountabilities: (e.g., Financial Results, People Management etc)

Stock, Product Availability and Control

Maintain up to date sales forecasts (CMMS or other) reflecting any last minute changes to forecast based on business requirements.

Monitor and maintain stocks of raw materials and finished production to the agreed levels.

Support the overall management of inventory, receipting and movements and stock reconciliation at the end of each period.

Periodic stock checks.

Complete Key Performance Indicators and circulate.

Follow best practices as directed and recommend or lead improvements where opportunity is identified.

Champion open and honest communication, and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams

Relationships with Supply Chain Partners:

Foster positive relationships with manufacturing, storage, and logistics partners in the supply chain.

Support customers and suppliers by phone, email and face to face on site and at their own location as required.

Plan and advise warehouse teams of all inbound deliveries.

Plan and advise warehouse teams of all special outbound deliveries.

Deal with customer and supplier requests in a timely manner, where applicable.

Query deliveries late to order to ensure subsequent risk does not take place.

Build and sustain close relationships with both internal and external customers.

Apply clear problem solving techniques and clear reporting of problems through to resolution.

New Business Development:

Support new business development as required and directed by Supply Chain Manager/Leader.

Support the setting up new business as required and directed by Supply Chain Manager/Leader.

Lead Supply Chain activities for all NPI including component availability, pre-production build planning, supplier forecasting.

Team Work:

Support other members of the team as and when required eg holiday cover, work load balance etc.

Drive and maintain a positive team working culture.

Project Management:

Support with project work as and when required


Lead Kaizen activities for self and team members

Review business processes & procedures periodically and apply Kaizen activity.

Create and update procedures as identified during Kaizen activity.

Propose and support cost down activities

Health and Safety:

Comply with all Health and Safety Procedures.

Assist with H&S audits.

Additional Responsibilities:

Comply with all Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Any other duties relevant to the grade of post as may be designated by the Company
