Resident Site Engineer - Building Services Maintenance

Our client is one of the fastest growing Service Providers in London and the South East in the building services maintenance sector.

The Role
In your role as the Lead Engineer you will based in the client's Offices close to Marble Arch.

You will be responsible for the Landlord's engineering services and this is a multiple tenant commercial building.

We also need you to take control of the visiting sub-contractors who are contracted to the tenants. Due to the environment you will need to be very accurate with permits, you will be supported by the Account Manager and Regional Contract Manager

Your principle duty is to ensure that all PPM’s are completed, that the plant asset list is correctly maintained and that the visiting contractors have the back-up and support to deliver their services.

High attention is given to all statutory compliance inspections and log books are maintained up to date and that visiting subcontractors have the correct RAMS are in place.

Your Skills
Ideally you will have been an apprentice trained engineer with qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical systems or Electrical. Experience with managing and maintaining M&E systems, Air Handling plant, UPS, Generator sets, Controls, A/C, FCU’s, Hot and Cold water systems and utilisation of BMS.

As this is a very key role with one client account you will be in the spotlight and will have a great deal of liaison with the client, the management of the facilities and senior directors within the company.

The company provides a total Engineering Management Service to a portfolio of critical business and commercial offices across London.
