Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half are working exclusively with an leading National Business based in Central Bath - they are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This role is available due to a record breaking 2017 and the need to bring additional headcount into the Finance team.
Salary; £17,000 - £20,000 (dependent upon experience)
Start Date: ASAP
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report directly into the Head of Purchase Ledger and be responsible for the full Purchase Ledger process - inputting supplier invoices using bespoke software, dealing with invoice related queries, reconciliation of supplier statements. You will also assist with the preparation of a weekly BACS payment run. In addition to this you will support the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required and support ongoing project work.
To be considered for this vacancy you will need some experience of Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable, be well organised and able to prioritise workloads. You will be a good team player and have a friendly nature. You should be confident using the MS Office range.
