Claims Handlers / Customer Service (Insurance) / Customer Support / 1st Line SupportColchester Excellent Salary plus Benefits
Over the last 5 years, our client has grown organically and through acquisitions, from 300 employees to now over 1000 employees, with over 370 people based at their offices.
They are looking for candidates to provide a fast and efficient claims handling service on behalf of insurers. Your role will be providing first line support to policy holders to ensure that that they receive quality customer care and support while dealing with claims and enquiries.
Skills & AttributesThis position will suit candidates with strong customer service experience and confident communication skills. Applicants must be competent on the telephone whilst dealing with queries and claims in an efficient manner. A high level of computer literacy is essential together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your own workload. Insurance claims experience is desirable but not essential and it is more important to great at customer service!
All candidates are required to have 4 GCSEs, grades C and above (inc. Maths and English) or an equivalent qualification. You will have great communication and IT skills and thrive working in a busy team environment.
