CMA has been requested to source a Sales Ledger Clerk to join an established business based in Chichester, Hampshire.

The key duties with this role are: -

*Daily batching and printing of all client invoices;
*Distributing daily customer invoices in line with the Customer Care Notes;
*Processing manual invoice and credit requests;
*Consolidation of invoices for clients;
*Processing daily direct debits runs;
*Dealing with internal and external queries;
*Maintaining a customer database this includes:
oSetting up customer records;
oAmending Customer Records;
oEnsuring the information on each record is accurate;
oAdding bank details to customer records;
