Your new role
You will be speaking to healthcare professionals over the phone and e-mail to assist them with their queries. The role involves predominantly speaking to customers and clients over the telephone all whilst updating the in house system, data and a lot of Excel spreadsheets! You will be working with a very much of a family friendly environment with stability and future growth opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be Advanced in Excel as an absolute minimum, have previous skills and experience of working with data and spreadsheets as well as demonstrating excellent communication skills from customer service experience.
What you'll get in return
Working Monday to Friday on rotating shift patterns between 8am till 4pm or 3pm till 11pm. There would also be a requirement to take the office phone home on a rota basis for one week a month. The role offers competitive benefits package, salary of up to £18,000 depending on experience.
