Your role

Your main task will be to support our market leading client Aviva in ensuring all of the building services are maintained effectively. This includes repairs, maintenance and installation, the work will primarily be Electrical reactive maintenance and PPMs, however there will also be a requirement to carry out other work as well!

About you

As an experienced Multi-skilled engineer you will be electrically biased and have considerable building services experience from a similar corporate environment. We’re looking for someone who has the full commercial electrical qualifications and ideally someone who has HVAC experience too. Your background will be within FM, engineering or building services however this isn’t essential.

While your technical talents are, of course, essential, it’s a professional but friendly approach that makes all the difference.
