Part-Time job as a Retail Stock Controller / Bookkeeper, Darlington, flexible hours

Your new company
A family owned, growing business, who, following a recent acquisition are looking to bring in specific stock management and bookkeeping skills to complement the current workforce.

Your new role
You will be able to work flexible, part-time hours, with your initial remit being to cleanse and improve the stock control system. You will remove duplicate stock lines, ensure supplier details are accurate and implement procedures for ordering, matching PO to delivery notes and ultimately ensuring the EPOS system is maintained accurately. You will then link the EPOS system to Sage and be responsible for processing all the transactions on the purchase and sales ledgers, month end closure and preparation for the external accountants.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be available at short notice and be happy with working up to 20 hours a week. You will have prior experience of an EPOS stock system, ideally from a retail background. It is essential that you are a car owner.
