In year one, you’ll join our Rudridge Branch in Farnham as a Customer Service Assistant to learn the ropes and really get to understand our customers, whilst following our Level 2 “Serving our Customers” Apprenticeship Programme. The training you receive will compliment what you are learning within the branch so you can quickly excel at this role, recognise your key strengths and learn how to utilise them to their full potential.


Building on your knowledge of the previous year, you will work towards a promotion into an Assistant Manager vacancy, where you will be given all of the tools and support you need to develop great leadership skills.

To ensure you realise your full potential, we’ll provide the freedom for you to put your learning into practice and add real value to our business. All of this, as well as achieving your Level 3 CMI Diploma in Management.

This year’s programme starts in January and for the best chance of securing yourself a place on a fantastic career journey, you’ll need to be someone who:
