My client, a West Kent business, is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team. This role will focus on supporting the finance team. The role allows you to make it your own and is a very busy position. Duties will include:

• Owning and running the purchase ledger for all entities (multi-currency)
• Processing Purchase Invoices (approx. 200 a week)
• Coding and referencing invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Preparing Weekly payments runs
• Producing PL stats
• Assisting in other areas of accounts e.g. Sales Ledger, Month-End, Year-End audit
• Ad-hoc reports and projects e.g. assisting me with sourcing and implementing an automated PL authorisation system for use across the business

As well as possessing the above experience the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, organised and have a keen attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing organisation and someone with a forward thinking attitude.
