Reward and Payroll Advisor
This progressive company is a leader in their field. Our client is looking for someone to join their People and Organisation department on a six month contract.
The role requires someone who works in a systematic and methodical way, willing to work as a key member of the team, in this vibrant office just outside of Winchester.
Youll be responsible for:
Monthly management of the payroll reconciliation process, including the processing of statutory notifications and payments, in addition to a fortnightly US payroll.
Helping with queries relating to pension administration, including the auto-enrolment pension scheme, and liaising with pension providers,
Involvement in PAYE and NI reconciliation which involve developing effective working relationships with both customers and key stakeholders
You will be working with the wider HR team and helpdesk to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Other key activities include:
promoting employee benefits and liaising with third party reward suppliers
co-ordinating our benefits administration programme and cyclical activities
completing systems testing for payroll and reward.
Ideally but not necessarily youll be a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals
You will have a proven payroll track record within a large, complex organisation, with a working knowledge of payroll systems and HR payroll applications.
Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports
Familiar with the compliance requirements of all regulatory bodies, including PAYE, NI and HMRC requirements.
Strong MS Office skills, especially on Excel, as well as experience of auto-enrolment, you can also offer:
