Joining Travis Perkins within our talented Cash and Banking Team, means joining a team of dedicated financial colleagues; where we value innovative thoughts and a collaborative desire to continue with our business success. As our new Finance Administrator you will be contributing to the routine maintenance of cash & banking bespoke store systems in conjunction with the Wintegrate financial system.

Utilising your excellent communication skills you will build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, working together to resolve queries. You will be the dedicated point of contact for brands, branches and banks ensuring the timely completion of bank and nominal reconciliations within month end timescales, escalating issues where appropriate.

Alongside the above you will also be responsible for:

The day to day maintenance of the Cash and Banking nominal ledger and TP menu interfaces.Resolving cash and banking queries on financial systems in conjunction with third party service providers. Maintaining up to date banking controls to ensure audit compliance is adhered to; and where material discrepancies arise, to bring to the attention of relevant stakeholders.Ensuring system integrity by monitoring interface and audit reports. Supporting the Finance Analyst and CBCS Team in cash and banking reconciliations, monitoring and reporting. Ensuring that all procedures are documented and up to date.But what can we offer you?
