You will be joining a professional finance team working in accounts payable. You will be working in a fast paced environment but provided with all the tools, support and training to do a great job.
Main duties will include:
* Matching purchase orders to purchase invoices
* Code invoices according to internal nominal structure
* Reconciling ledger
* Dealing with queries in a professional and efficient manner
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
* Deal with purchase invoice approvals
* Allocate direct debit payments to invoices
About the ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have solid purchase ledger experience. You'll also be hard working, proactive and enthusiastic. You will be flexible and adaptable to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Experience
Good Excel skills
Flexible and adaptable
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is competitive paying around £20,000 negotiable.
