Working with the General Manager and the Senior Leadership & Management Teams in this multi-site role, you will lead engage and motivate a skilled team of 30+ engineers to success.
As an aspiring multi-site Engineering Manager you’ll work closely with site teams to drive improvement through efficient and innovative ways of working. With our central engineering teams based close by, you’ll value cross functional working and the opportunity to be involved in unique project teams.

·You’ll be able to deploy and execute a reliability centred asset care strategy
·Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive quality, cost, reliability and safety performance.
·Passionate about quality and best practice whilst driving continuous improvement
·Experience of COSHH & HACCP with a working knowledge of H&S audits and processes
·Possess an Engineering Qualification such as HND, HNC, BTECH or equivalent
·An understanding of PLC is desirable
