Your new company
This fast-growing professional services business are undergoing a sustained period of growth. A key part of this expansion requires an energetic, personable web developer/designer to join the team. It's a highly exciting time to join the business and a huge opportunity for the successful applicant. You'll be based from their head office location in Poole, just two minutes from the beach and on direct train routes to London.
Your new role
The organisation is currently outsourcing project work and wants to reverse this process. Your role will surround liaising with the third party supplier and gradually taking ownership of all things front end for the company. You'll need a broad understanding of web technologies and will understand the importance of constant communication with the creative and marketing teams in the business which you will sit alongside.
Project wise you'll start by gaining an understanding of the internal platform and, working under the guidance of the design and marketing teams, will begin to scale changes and take ownership over core web projects. The company are on a mission to disrupt their market which will result in new opportunities for you to make your mark on the business. You'll have a high level of influence in the use and selection of technologies moving forward but will understand this is a long term investment and a gradual process.

What you'll need to succeed
From a wider standpoint experience with UX, API's, .Net and the Adobe Creative Suite could all be utilised in this position. You'll be tested prior to interview and expected to replicate a design exactly as a web page, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
