They are currently recruiting for a First response Claims Handler in their bubbly and lively Uxbridge office. The role is to deal with clients who are off the road as a result of a non-fault incident. You will liaise with clients frequently via telephone, email and text in order to arrange a replacement vehicle for the client. It is vital that our handlers are both proactive and reactive as prompt contact is vital to ensure the customer journey is kept to the standard expected and to avoid potential intervention from other companies.


• Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained by providing timely updates
• To make sure in-house processes are adhered to
• Keeping good levels of communication with other team members and other departments
• liaise with various work sources and insurance companies in order to enable us to make fast, informed decisions and ultimately get the client into a hire vehicle as soon as possible.
• The ability to effectively handle inbound calls and outbound calls
• To be able to deal with challenging customers and third party insurer handlers

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Employees will have to have a good understanding of cars and laws of the road (preferably driving experience)
• High level of customer - Retail will be considered
• Friendly bubbly individuals
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good Word/Excel/Outlook training
• Has an interest in further developing skills and experience

Salary is between £19,000 -£20,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
