Based in Horsham, our client are seeking a Mortgage Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience working for either a broker or packager and practical working knowledge of lenders agreement in principle and processing systems.

Along with the opportunity to earn commission if any new business is introduced, this company offer a plethora of benefits such as 20 days holiday, a pension scheme and working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We'd Like To Hear From You If:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience working for either a broker or packager
  • You have working knowledge of lenders agreement in principle and processing systems
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are well presented and highly organised

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Cross-checking mortgage applications
  • Preparing, organising and managing files
  • Having communications with clients and customers, for example chasing clients prior/post offer
