Currently there is an opportunity for a Client Services Administrator – Finance/Business Support to join their small friendly team on a temp to perm basis.

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hour week)

Role summary:

Providing support to the Business including financial administration and input to both maintain and continuously develop existing processes to improve efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support:

•Accounts Receivable – assume the role for processing sales invoices, debtors review, collection of cash via SAGE Pay, including data analysis and reconciliations

•Accounts Payable – assume the role for processing purchase invoices, validate and authorisation for payment, creditors review, including data analysis and reconciliations • Nominal Ledger – including processing journals, reporting and reconciliations

•Employee Expenses & Mileage – validate & process employee claims

•Assist and provide input and support into business critical finance process changes and enhancements to increase efficiencies

Other Business and General Administration support:

•Support & assist with travel, hotel and meeting room bookings

•Support & assist with procurement

•Support & assist with general ad-hoc admin requests

Leadership/Financial Responsibilities:

•Support and assist coordinating financial reporting information • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and complete confidentiality

Technical Qualifications and Experience:

•Proficient experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Pivot Table, PowerPoint)

•Experience using accounting tools/software (preferably SAGE 50 Accounts), and credit control & other financial administration procedures

Business Skills:


•Excellent quality of work and commitment to high standards • Strong business administration acumen

•Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

•Excellent interpersonal skills
