THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform administration services for Active and Deferred members within the pension planTo perform all updates to administration softwarePerform all retirement calculations and prepare communications to Active & Deferred membersPerform Active to Deferred calculations for all scheme leavers, preparing communications to those members detailing the options they have upon leaving the scheme.Obtain monthly data files, containing salary and contribution informationMonthly reconciliation of pension scheme contributions,Monthly processing of overseas pension contributions and arrangement of half yearly prepayments by overseas group employers
REQUIREMENTS

Be able to work under your own initiativeDealt with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemesHave previous experience of occupational pension schemes within an In-House or Third Party Pensions Administration functionGreat attention to detail and be able to work to a high level of accuracyGreat organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload
