Payroll Accountant needed for a well-respected Lloyd's Syndicate due to their ongoing development of their group functions due to acquisition and growth, this will include the transfer of overseas payroll to the UK based shared service function.
You as the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the day to day payroll accounting duties are accurate and within internal SLA's.
Working closely with HR, you will be tasked with:
*Ensuring accurate payroll data is collected and processed
*On-boarding all new starters/leavers are within process in a timely manner
*The successful transfer of global employees to the UK reporting tool
*Production of MI and analysis of said MI including data on headcount, budgets, actuals etc.
*Preparation and completion of bonus and any pay scheme accruals
*Ensuring all process and procedures are compliant

It is essential that you have:

*Experience of running a successful international payroll function
*Experience in working within a corporate, regulated environment
*Strong IT skills especially Excel
*A good eye for detail
