Purchase Ledger Clerk

£18,000 - £19,000

Ambridge Harris are recruiting for an Aztec West based client in Bristol who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk

Duties will cover:

  • Processing of invoices individually and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ensuring invoice queries are investigated, dealt with and, if necessary, pursued in a timely manner
  • Assisting and training new colleagues with all processes and systems
  • Use processing software & Company Intranet search systems
  • Use of Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for the team to use and to produce Tradex print-offs
  • To complete statement reconciliations for major suppliers on a monthly basis
  • Strong use of written and verbal communication with both internal and external contacts

You will need finance administration experience to be considered for this role and ideally within purchase ledger. The client have free parking available. If this is of interest please apply asap.
