This firm currently provides financial solutions to individuals and businesses in the Dental, Optical, Medical and Veterinary professions. As an independent finance broker, it offers unsecured business and personal loans, as well as funding for Healthcare professionals to grow their businesses or purchase new practices. The company offers very competitive rates through its bespoke service, which goes above and beyond the offering of its competitors.
Established a decade ago, its bespoke service and competitive rates have resulted in the business growing rapidly, becoming a member of NACFB and positioning itself as one of the key finance brokers within the Healthcare sector. The founder of this company has a very successful track record of growing hugely successful asset finance businesses and as such, you will enjoy working for a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm.
The company is seeking development-focused Asset Finance professionals to assist with its continued long-term growth plans. My client is flexible on specific sector experience within the asset finance market. For example, it welcomes applications from experienced Healthcare asset finance professionals, as well as asset finance candidates from other sectors who would like to specialise in the Healthcare niche. Equally, the firm is very much open to diversification, and would be keen to speak to asset finance professionals who can successfully introduce further specialisms outside of the Healthcare arena.
In this home-based role, you will focus on the production of new business from prospective clients in your area, and then manage the relationships moving forward. You will be tasked with covering a specific geographical location, and we are keen to speak to experienced candidates based in the Midlands, right down to the South West and South East coasts.
You must have a proven track record in a sales/ business development role within the asset finance industry. Your own bank of existing clients would certainly be advantageous, although this is not essential. It is, however, essential that you are driven, ambitious and most importantly, a genuine relationship builder.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of between £30K - £50K, together with company benefits including an impressive bonus scheme.
