Our client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition, and are in The Times Top 40 Big Companies to work for. They are currently recruiting for an Insurance Administrator to support their Operational Underwriting Team.
Job Description
Due to the continued success and expansion, we are now looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Your responsibilities would include:
·To provide customers with processing support and query resolution for both new and existing business
·To provide telephone support in accordance with the guidelines of the Operational Underwriting Telephone Protocol
·To ensure all processing is completed within MID requirements and in accordance with internally agreed SLAs and KPIs
·To provide support to the Broker Response Team Leader by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPIs and SLAs
·To recognise and report verbal complaints effectively, in accordance with the complaint procedure
·To understand and comply with FCA, TCF and Data Protection Regulations
The Successful Applicant
·An excellent team player with strong communication skills, with particular emphasis on telephone / verbal communication skills
·A good degree of computer literacy is preferred including sound knowledge of MS Office
·Strong administrative and data recording skills
·Good attention to detail and organisational skills
·Ability to prioritise work , clear agreed volumes and work to deadlines
·Ability to work as part of a close team
·Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
