An established company based in Andover is seeking a Credit Control Clerk to join their team on a temporary contract for approximately 2 months (subject to change)

You will be working within a busy environment whilst providing a high professional standard at all times.

Key areas of responsibility for a Credit Control Clerk:

  • Daily banking using SAP
  • Sorting and logging cheques
  • Generating credit control reports
  • Notifying relevant members of the team when notices are to be issued
  • Regularly check the bank throughout the day to see if payments have been made
  • Carrying out reconciliation
  • Completing monthly and yearly spreadsheets
  • Investigate sales order queries
  • Reset and reverse incorrect payments
  • Devise late payment letters
  • Advise finance department of any queries or errors

Key skills required for the role of Credit Control Clerk:

  • Previous credit control and reconciliation experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • SAP experience
