Role: - IFA Administrator

Salary:- Negotiable dependent upon experience

Location: - Bury

Main Duties:

•Be a welcoming voice on the end of the phone and have excellent communication skills

•Be able to work independently and use own initiative

•Take clear messages and understand when something is important or urgent;

•Check emails and respond appropriately

•Diary management;

•Meet and greet clients;

•Process daily post and maintain diary system

•Processing letters of authority and obtaining full information on clients' plans

•Keep client files in accordance with company compliance policies and procedures;

•Submit and process new business, checking all details for accuracy and completeness;

•Monitoring application progress

•Set cases up on back office software & our Networks online portal and ensure all other information is accurate and matches the full extent of the client files;

•Prepare valuations and any quotations requested by the adviser to meet their diary requirements;

•Liaising with providers by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business

•Assisting with remuneration reconciliation

•Any other duties as requested by directors and manager

Previous insurance company or financial adviser firm experience preferred although not essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, be highly numerateand have excellent customer service skills.
