Due to this planned growth, Alpine HC are working with Emmerson Kitney and SG Financial Recruitment to recruit an Internal Sales Executive and Credit Controller/Book Keeper.

·Take ownership of the General Ledger and weekly payment run and bank reconciliation

·Chasing customers for payment

·Preparation and submission of VAT return data

·Provide necessary office administration, including VAT relief, ordering stationary and lunches and frontline phone answering

·Liaising with other areas of the business such as customer service to resolve customer invoice queries

·Sending invoices daily to customers via post and email

·Processing monthly statements and annotating where necessary

·Setting up new customer accounts and running credit checks

·Some daily cash posting and account reconciliations

To be the successful Bookkeeper/Credit Controller you will have previous experience working within an accounting department and have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; effective communicator across all levels of the organisation. You will also be customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with clients confidently over the phone.
