This role reports to the Logistics Asset Manager. You will be part of a multi-skilled team, responsible for the management and correct administration for movements in and out of the site plants and for customers.


  • A Level/Degree calibre

Technical skills:

  • MS office skills (Excel) and other reporting tools

  • In depth Warehouse Management System (WMS) skills required

Key accountabilities and tasks:

  • Management of EMCS
  • Confirmation of any exports that have left the site
  • Create ghost transfers between sites
  • Printing & Preparing AAD's & resource for export deliveries & assigning seals
  • File security copies of POD's
  • Processing & receipt of return of proof of deliveries to site
  • Reporting unconfirmed order and unconfirmed intakes
  • Warehouse admin - Imported deliveries with AAD's
  • Warehouse admin - Intakes from other company sites
  • Warehouse admin - UK intakes from non company sites
  • Manually allocate specific stock to customer deliveries or depot transfers
  • Processing AAD's & paperwork for bulk beer dispatches & intakes
  • Bulk orders / dispatches / intakes
  • Co-ordinate stock movements to & from co-packer's & repack
  • Asset Manager cover for compiling and submitting HMRC Duty returns within set timescales
  • Leasing with other departments on site
  • Leasing with other UK & Zone sites
  • Management of stock discrepancies and adjustments on a daily basis
  • Communicating with front office and inventory on a daily basis to manage customer orders

Hours of work will be ideally 39 hours a week.

Transport is an advantage due to the location of the site.
