The Role
This is a newly created role due to expansion!
Based within a lively yet professional team, the post-holder will be jointly responsible for multiple Purchase Ledgers across one of the larger parts of the business.

Duties will include;
• Processing over 1000 invoices on a Monthly basis for Overheads / Expenses / Goods / Services
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Handling of Supplier queries through to resolution; investigating any anomalies
• Sending out remittance advice
• Working closely with the Credit Control / Sales Ledger teams
• Assisting with the Month-end closedown
• Providing ad-hoc assistance to the Purchase Ledger Manager when required

Whilst this is an entry-level role, if you have a keen interest in Management Accounts, then once you have proven yourself within the business, there will be lots of opportunities to progress in the future.

The Candidate
Ideally you will have experience of working within a large corporation and have a “can-do” attitude.
You may have commenced your AAT or have a degree in Finance or just have a keen interest in Accounts, however you MUST have some relevant experience within Purchase Ledger.
You will be able to cope with the pressures of working within a fast-paced environment and have the incentive to offer solutions.
