Our client is leading company that design, manufacture, commission and service specialised process plant supplied to manufacturing and the utilities sector and due to continued growth are now looking for a Projects/Contracts Engineer to support the existing team

THE COMPANY

The company is an established engineering company that has seen rapid growth within its metal finishing division. This has seen them win several multi-million pound contracts. Due to this rapid growth the company are looking for two Junior Project engineers to grow and flourish with the company on this excited Growth path

THE ROLE
The successful applicant will need to take responsibility for multi-disciplined engineering contracts ranging in size from 10k up to £1million +

This will be a customer facing role

Projects are largely related to Electro plating /metal finishing systems for a variety of industries and as such make incorporate pumps, pipework, tanks, instrumentation and controls.

Specific responsibilities would include design (or co-ordination of design), engineering, project co-ordination, planning and commercial control.

THE PERSON

Applicants should be articulate, numerate and confident in both telephone and face to face communications.

Customer Facing

Ability to produce designs in AutoCAD would be very desirable but not essential.

Experience gained in a similar environment would be an advantage as would an appropriate engineering qualification to HND or degree level in Mechanical engineering/ Chemical Engineering
