Our client a £120M+ turnover organisation who are a subsidiary of a Multi Billion Pound organisation with plans to continue rapidly increasing its UK presence and its turnover in the next couple of years. Based in impressive new Head Offices in Warrington; this is a newly created Payroll and Pensions Administrator role to meet the evolving demands of this successful expanding business.

Based within a brand new Accounts team (all starting at a similar time) in this business at it infancy stage. Reporting directly into an experienced Qualified Finance Manager who is looking to develop the team as the business grows. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own and the role will evolve based on your experience and aspirations.

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Supporting monthly payroll submissions for group companies
  • Reconciliation's
  • Email and Telephone queries
  • Pension Administration
  • Issue communications to employees
  • Maintaining contribution levels within the payroll system
  • Organisation of completed forms
  • General administration and queries
  • Maintain property database ensuring accuracy of information
  • Liaise with Property team to resolve any queries
  • Administration
  • Support the Financial Manager with ad-hoc projects
  • Support Service Centre teams with information requests from regional offices and trading locations
  • General office admin duties as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Payroll / Office Management Experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Positive and Proactive approach to work
  • Dynamic and confident when liaising with stake-holders
